I had a dream the other night of a woman in a floor length printed cotton dress. It hung on her and another woman came to her with a corset belt for her waist. Seemingly simple but it transformed the woman, the way she looked, the way she felt, the way she moved – she came alive… Almost like Dorothy’s ruby slippers or Cinderella’s glass slippers … something like that….I happened upon this today and it perfectly reflects the aesthetic mood of the dream.
